♦- The New Zealand Loan and Mercantil Agency Company, Ltd., make additions to their sale list next Wednesday. Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., make additions to their Eketahuna stock sale. At Pongaroa on February 14th, the date of their regular stock sale, Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., will submit on account of Mr G. A. Burling his interest in two sections of land comprising 459 acres, held on lease-in-perpetuity. The property is situated in the Mount Cerberus Survey District, and is all in grass with good home and the necessary buildings and improvements.
