LAND BARGAINS IN WANGANUI.
The demand for land in the Wanganui district is very keen at present, and enquiries are being received almost daily from all parts of New Zealand. Farmers in the Wairarapa and adjacent districts, who are desirous of purchasing in the district referred to, would do well to peruse the list of land bargains advertised on page 8 of this morning's issue by Messrs R. Baddeley arid Co., land and estate agents, Victoria Avenue, Wanganui. These bargains, of which there are no less than seven, have been specially selected, and are recommended on account of the reasonableness of the terms. They include both dairy and dairying country, and range in size from 100 to 1,800 acres. The agents announce that the L.I.P. properties advertised are particularly reasonable, and the firm will be pleased to forward full particulars of same to anyone on application.
