THE QUESTION OF ACCESS. MR HORNSBY, M.P., MOVING IN THE MATTER. Mr J. T. M. Hornsby, M.P., has received the following letter from the Hon. J. A. Millar (Minister for Marine): — "Sir, —I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 28th January, on the subject of access to the mouth of the Whareama* River being blocked by tHe owners of the land; and, in reply, to state that inquiries are being made as to the position regarding the matter, and as to what can be done to provide access. As soon as the necessary information isrecuived, and a decision as to what can be done is come to, I will communicate with you again.—l have the honour to be, Sir, your obedient servant, J. MILLAR."
