TERRIBLE OUTBREAK PREDICTED. SAN FRANCISCO, January 31._ Cases of p'.ague are still being discovered in widely-separated districts of San Francisco. The disease and the number of rats are increasing. Physicians predict a terrible outbreak in the spring.
