Received January 30, 11.15 p.m. SYDNEY, January 30. ■ The Rhondda dispute is over a matter of 12s claimed by a single miner. - On the question of paying this amount the possibility cf a general strike rests. The Special Court suggested that the owners should pay the amount into Court pending its decision. The owners accepted the suggestion. The Court is now awaiting the me"'s acceptance of the proposal.
