SIBERIAN RAILWAY.
A BIG PROPOSAL. Received January 28, 11.27 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, January 28. The Ministry has presented in the Duma a bill to spend 15£ millions for the purpose of doubling the Siberian railway; the first half of the work to be completed by 1911.
