Denniston Mining Trouble.

BANK-TO-BANK DIFFICULTY SETTLED. WESTPORT, January 27. The conference between the Ministers, miners',, delegates and the Westport Coal Company's manager was concluded this afternoon with a final settlement of the bank-to-bank difficulty. Clause 16 of the award, providing for nominal overtime, has been abolished, and a new clause substituted providing for a travelling time allowance of 48 minutes for the Aronhridge mine and 32 minutes for Coalbrookdale. The new agreement was signed by those present.
