ALLEGED COMPLICITY OF UNITED STATES CONSUL. REVOLUTIONISTS' AMMUNITION SEIZED. Received January 24, 8.45 p.m. LONDON, January 24. Reuter's New York correspondent reports that the United States Consul at Saint Marc has been dismissed for alleged complicity in the recent Haytian Revolution. The United States Secret Service seized a large quantity of arms, ammunition and counterfeit money intended for the use of Firmin, the Haytian revolutionary leader, and Jiminoz, a San Domingo revolutionist.
