A Generous Offer.

NAPIER, January 20. Mr G. P. Donnelly has presented to the dominion through the Minister for Agriculture, 25 purebred Shorthorn heifers (Bates' strain) specially selected for their prospective vaheas dairy cows. Their destination is the Ruakura experimental station in the Waikato, where they will be mated with imported bulls of approved milking strains.
