GISBORNE, January 18. The Hons. R. M'Nab and J. Carroll, and Mr Dillon, M.P., arrived in town at six last night, after traveling through heavy rain from Morere. The Ministers receive! numerous deputations to-day, and later the Roebuck Road bridge was formally opened. TIMARU, January 18. * Dr Findlay went to Dunedin this morning; and returns North on Tuesday. He will be in Wellington in time for Cabinet meetings on Thursday and Friday.
