QUARREL BETWEEN IRISH M.P'S.
ACTION FOR LIBEL AND CONSPIRACY. Received January 15, 8.30 a.m. LONDON, January 14. The Dublin Court allowed Mr D. Sheehan, M.P., to interrogate Mr John Redmond (chairman of the Nationalist Parliamentary party) and other respecting his action against them for libel and conspiracy in connection with his expulsion from the Irish Parliamentary party. (Mr Sheehan, with Messrs William O'Brien and Crean, broke with the Nationalists, aid Mr Sheehan was expelled from the party. He was, however, re-elected unopposed by his Mid-Cork constituency. Later, it was stated that Mr Sheehan would take legal proceedings, which were expected to lend to revelations of greater public interest than anything since the Parnell Commission.)
