CONTROL OF CUBA TO BE RELINQUISHED. Received January 14, 11 pm. NEW YORK, January 14. Mr W. H. Taft, United States Secretary for War, in a letter to President Roosevelt, forwarding the report of Mr.Charles M-goon, Provisional Governor f'jr Cuba, anticipates that the United Stages will be able to relinquish the temporary co itrol of Cuba in March, 1909.
