Miss Keedwell, of Greytown, will leave by the Arawa in March next on an extended holiday to the Old Country. MrW. H. Hawkins, ex-M-H-K- for Pahiattia. has informed a "Hawera Star" reporter, that he has definitely decided to contest the Pahiattia seat against all-comer 3 at the next general election. The lad, Master Willie Corlett, who has been an. inmate of the Masterton Hospital, was removed to his home yesterday after being several months in the hospital with hip disease. It will be some time before he is able to get about.
