A PRINCE'S DECISION. Received January 12,4.42 p.m. BERLIN, January It. The newspaper "Nordertsete.Allgemenie Zeitung" states that in the event of Herr Keim retaining the Presidency of the German Navy League, Prince Henry of Prussia, with the Kaiser's concurrence, will withdraw his patronage of the League.
