A TRIBAL FIGHT.
HEAVY LOSSES. Received January 10, 10.53 p.m. MASSOWAH, January 10. Two thousand Abyssinians raided the Lugh Territory in Italian Somaliland, killing and plundering many merchant?. Some of the tribes sided with the Abyssinians, and some with the Italians. A battle was fought, and the losses were very great on both sides. It is believed that King Menelik, of Abyssinia, did not authorise the raid.
