TARIFF REVISION IN UNITED STATES.
APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONERS. Received January 8, 8.56 p.m. NEW YORK, January 8. Senator Beveridge has introduced a bill into the Senate, with the authority of President Roosevelt, providing for the appointment of five Commissioners, not Congressmen, to enquire and report within five years respecting the tariff revision.
