LIMITED COMPANY TO BE FORMED. i BUSINESS TO BE REORGANISED. Received January 7, 1.10 p.m. LONDON, January 7. The "Times" publishes a statement to the effect that negotiations &re progressing for the formation pf "The Times" into a limited company under the chairmanship of Mr A. F. Walter, with Mr C. A. Pearson as managing director. They will reorganise the business. The management and editorial character of the paper remains unchanged. The "Times" will be conducted on lines independent of party politics.
