CORRESPONDENCE.
(To the Editor.)
Sir, —Without encroaching on your valuable space, I would like to draw your readers' attention on cancer treatment, appearing in your issue of the'6th. It seems passing strange to see Dr. Keating Heart's treatment chronicled to the public, as an important new discovery, when, to my knowledge, that same treatment was used successfully by Dr. W. H. Hosking of this town over two years ago. One o? the cases being a close friend of mine, and the cancerous growth being a particularly obnoxious one, on a delicate part of the head, was completely effaced by exactly the same method as your article puts before us as a new discovery of science coming all the way from Marseilles. —I am., etc., M. DONOVAN.
