IN NEW ZEALAND.
THE DENNISTON TROUBLE. WESTPORT, January 4. Mr John Foster, president of the Denniston Miners' Union, has proceeded to Wellington to arrange for initiating legal proceedings to test the validity of the Arbitration Court award in connection with the bank to bank principle at the Denniston colliery.
