LANCASHIRE COTTON SPINNERS AND WEAVERS. HUGE LOCK-OUT THREATENED. 200,000 HANDS INVOLVED. BY TKLEGIUI'II —PIIESS ASSOCIATION. Received January 5, 4.15 p.m. LONDON, January 4. The Federation of the Master Cotton Spinners' Association of Lancashire has decided to lock out 150,000 hands unless the strikers at two Oldham mills resume work. If a s°ttlement is not reached 50,000 weavers will also be affected.
