HARDEN SENT TO GAOL. BERLIN, January 3. Herr Harden was found guilty of libelling Count Kuno von Moltke, and sentenced to four months' imprisonment. MOLTKE EMERGES UNSTAINED. NOTHING PROVED AGAINST PRINCE EULENBERG. FOR "THE HONOUR OF GERMANY." Received January 5, 4.&5 p.m. BERLIN, January 4. r The President of the Court has declared that Count von Moltke has emerged unstained from the trial, and nothing has been proved against Prince Eulenburg. The Minister of War has appealed to Counts Lynar and William Hohenau to return and stand their trial for x ,he sake of the honour of Germany and their families.
AN EXPLANATION REQUIRED. LONDON, January 4, "The Times" refers to the Public Prosecutor's strange omission to proceed against Herr Harden until the close of the private action, which requires an explanation. Herr Harden has appealed to the Supreme Court.
