A MAGISTRATE SHOT. .SENSATION IN CALCUTTA. Received December 26, 9.3S p.m. CLACUTTA, December 25. Three young natives of Golanda shot Mr Allen, a magistrate, at Dacca Bank. His condition is critical. His assaiiants escaped. Political fanaticism is suspected, owing to Mr Allen recently trying some of the national volunteers. The crime has created a sensation in Calcutta.
