MATENGA REMANDED.
BY TELEfUtAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION. GISBORNE, December 21. Hare Matenga, who was arrested after six years' dodging the Jaw, was brought up to-day on two charges of theft. After the evidence of the arresting constable had been taken, the casejwas adjourned.
