A Coaching Accident.
GISBORNE, December 20. _ A coaching accident on the Waimata Road last evening resulted in Bissett's coach being smashed to pieces. The horses bolted, and at Devil's Elbow the coach collided with the bank. The occupants were all thrown out, and the coach was smashed. John Perry, a sheep-far-mer, one of the passengers, sustained three broken ribs, and had his face cut about. The others were severely shaken.
