AN IRISH M.P.'s VIEWS. Received December 18, 11.45 p.m. LONDON, December 18. Mr L. Ginnell, National member for Westmeath North, speaking at a League meeting at Moyvore, ridiculed the idea that his imprisonment would keep the ranch cattle ciuiet. He hoped that the young men would not leave a beast on the Westmeath ranches this winter.
