A new torpedo of Italian invention, which was about to be tested at Toulon, disappeared from the arsenal. LONDON, December 11. The steamer Gallisgarth, from Liverpool to Penarth, foundered with twenty hands. ROME, December 11. The Chamber of Deputies Commission, by five votes to four, affirmed the complete legality of Signor Nasi's arrest. (Signor Nasi was Minister of Public Instruction in 1903. He is charged with malversation of public funds).
