GERMAN NAVY BILL.
OPPOSED BY SOCIALISTS. Received December 12. 1.10 p.m. BERLIN, December 11. Socialists alone oppose the German Navy Bill. Admiral Tirpitz stated that Germany built more rapidly than Great Britain. He would gladly accelerate further building, but for the difficulty of obtaining armour plates and guns for equipment. (The estimates for next year provide for seventeen millions sterling for the navy, and for future years nineteen and a-half millions).
