THE GLENAHIRY OUTRAGE. CONSPIRACY CHARGES. Received December 10, 7.30 a.m. LONDON, December 9. Mrs Minnie Walsh and Percy, her fifteen-year-old son, were charged at Dublin with conspiracy to obtain ifom , Lord Ashtown and Chenevix Trench, his agent, and a relative, money by false pretences; also with conspiracy to incite Patrick Cahill J. Ward, and others unknown to blow up a building at Woodawn, Lord Ashtown's Galway seat. Minnie Walsh wrote to Lord Ashtown, warning him of coming danger, and after the late outrage at Glenahiry Lodge she wrole that the authors were Galway men. Anonymous letters, alleged to be in Percy Walsh's writing, were produced. Mr Trench denied that he or Lord Ashtown prompted Mrs Walsh's letters. The hearing was adjourned. "CATTLE-DRIVING" DENOUNCED. ALLEGED MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE. Received December 9, 8 40 a.m. LONDON, December 9. Mr William O'Brien, M.P., and Mr Timothy Healy, M.P., strongly denounce cattle-driving. Seventeen persons were tried at Leinster ori chajrges of unlawful assembly, but the jury disagreed. A jury of the Munster Assizes declined to convict three prisoners on charges of manslaughter. One of the accused had been seen striking the deceased, and all were identified. DINIZULU SURRENDERS. HE ASKS FOR A CONVEYANCE. Receiyed December 10, 10.55 p.m. DURBAN, December 10. At Dinizulu's request, Colonel. MacKenzie has sent a conveyance to bring him from Usutu to Nongooa. It is reported that the delay in connection with his arrest arises out of legal preliminaries connected with the service of the warrant under the civil procedure. It is'reported that the Natal Government is aware that the rebel chiet Bamboota has been living in a dugout near Dinizulu's kraal, and he is now in hiding.
