THE DOMINION'S REVENUE
INTERESTING FIGURES. CHRISTCHURCH, December 9. The' Premier, interviewed by a Times reporter, said that the revenue of the dominion continued to swell in a very satisfactory manner. The total revenue for the eight months ended November 30th had been £4,959,546 as compared with ,£4,595,612, for the same period last year, an increase in eight months of £363,934. The principal sources of revenue were as follow—the figures for the corresponding eight months of the previous vear Deing given in 'parentheses:— Customs, £2,024,384 (£1,872,200); stamps, £794,958 (£704,091); railways, £1,615,851
