Auctioneers' Memoranda.

The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., advertise opening entries lor their next Masterton sale of December 18th. Messrs Dalgetyand Co., Ltd., have received instructions from Mr W. Weston, who has sold his property and is leaving the district, to sell his stock and horses. The sale should attract a good deal of attention, as about thirty horses are to be auctioned. Sundry saddle and harness wili also be sold. The sale is to take place at the Waipoua yards, Masterton, on Saturday, December 14th. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., have received instructions from Mr F. S. Hunt, who has sold his property, to sell on the farm, "Hawkhurst," Opaki, on Monday, December 16th, the whole of his live stock, furnture, farm implements, etc. Further particulars will be advertised later.
