ALLEGED RAGGING.
THE RAILWAY WORKSHOP INCIDENT. COMMISSION'S REPORT. "NOT PROVEN." BY TEMJUHAPH —I'KESK ASSOCIATION'. WELLINGTON, November 29. The report of Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M., who was appointed a commission to investigate the cases of alleged ragging in the railway enginecleaning sheds at Christchurch, was received by the Premier this afternoon. The report mentions that the weight of evidence was against the statements of the witness Bray, who figured prominently in the formulation of the charges which the Magistrate submits were not substantiated. He makes no recommendations. The gist of the report is "not proven."
