"ALWAYS READY TO DO ITS BEST." Received November 25,8.15 a.m. LONDON, November 24. Lord Tweadmouth, First Lord of the Admiralty, speaking at Exeter, said that for the next three or four years Great Britain's naval position will be perfectly safe. He added that the Admiralty had carefully watched all the Powers, in order that in case of emergency, it would always be ready to do its best.
