SERIOUS SITUATION. Received November 21, 8.35 a.m. LONDON, November 20. Reuter's Santiago correspondent reports a*serious financial situation in Chili, owing to the unprecedented fall in the rate of exchange. One bank has suspended payment, and three others have transferred themselves to the Bank of ChtK.
