A Court of Enquiry at Chelsea investigated the allegations of Lieutenant Woods of the second battalion of the Grenadier Guards that, because he was more studious than others, his career had been impeded owing i.o his superiors boycotting him, hoping that he would resign. The depositions, have been forwarded to tho general commanding the division for decision. Received November 20, 10.45 p.m. SAN FRANCISCO, November 20. Three hundred Japanese in Washington territory have been sent back to British Columbia during the past half-year. Ten were arrested at Bellingham on Monday, and sent to Seattle for deportation.
