A FORMIDABLE PROSPECTIVE FLEET. Received November 20, 10.54 p.m. BERLIN, November 20. Germany in 1914 will have thirteen battleships of upwards of 19,000 tons, twenty-four others, and fourteen large cruisers. The total tonnage of the fleet is now below 320,000, and it will then be 700,000.
