Four American warships are patrolling the coast of Chekiang in readiness for any anti-foreign outbreak. GERMAN NAVY AND ARMY. ESTIMATES FOR SHIPS AND ARTILLERY. Received November 18, 11.1 p.m. ' BERLIN, November 18. The ordinary estimates include £5,716,500 for new ships, sn increase of £1,422,000, and provide for £2,483,000 for artillery. These are the first instalments required for the construction of three battleships, and one large and two small cruisers.
