CLEARING SALE.

At one o'clock 011 Monday, November 25th, under instructions from Mr C. H. Thompson, near Clareville, the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company. Ltd., will submit at auction, on the farm, the freehold of this compact property, containing 250 acres situated five miles from Masterton on the Carterton Road. The buildings include a dwelling house, stable, woolshed, dip, and yards, all complete and in good order. At the same time, the whole of the stock and implements will be offered at auction, together with entries of stock from other vendors. The auctioneers point out that the whole of the stock are a good lot and the implements are practically new. Particulars of the entry will be found in the auction columns in this issue. „
