KAISER'S VISIT TO ENGLAND.

ATTITUDE OP UNEMPLOYED. LAVISH ENTERTAINMENT AND STARVATION. Received November 14, 10.25 p.m. LONDON, November 25. After the royal procession left Guildhall, a number of unemployed attempted to march through the city. The police dispersed them after arresting five. A telegram, was thereupon sent to the Lord Mayor protesting against the lavish entertainment on the despotic, reactionary Kaiser when twelve million Britishers were on the verge of starvation, and insisting that it'was the duty of the Government to provide work for all unemployed. The Kaiser decorated the Lord Mayor, sheriffs, and many others.
