FLOW OF GOLD. POSITION IN AMERICA. STRINGENCY ACUTE. Received November 14, 7.25 a.m. NEW YORK, November 13. Although twenty million dollars worth of gold has reached Nsw York from abroad, the currency stringency is still acute. Premiums have advanced 31 per cent. The mint has delivered a million freshly-coined double-eagles. The Treasury announces that it will coin fifty-two million dollars during the next three months.
