A REBELLION THREATENED. Received November 14, 8.31 a.m. LISBON, November 13. Owing to the continuance of the Premier's (Senhor Branco) regime the Republicans of Lisbon threaten a rebellion and overthrow of the monarchy. Several loyal regiments in the provinces have been ordered to be in readiness to proceed to the capital.
