The New York banks have cancelled orders for two million dollars worth of gold. ANOTHER BANK SUSPENDS PAYMENT. Received November 13, 10.10 p.m. NEW YORK, November 13. The Merchants' National Bank at Oregon has suspended payment. The deposits amount to over five million dollars.
