LIMITATION OF HEIGHT OP BUILDINGS. Received November 13, 8.56 a.m. NEW YORK, November 12. The building commission at New York has decided that buildings shall not exceed 250 feet in height. The Singer Company's new factory contains 41 stories and is GSB feet high.
