TENNIS.

The following players will represent the ThornJon Club in their match against the Masterton Tennis Club to-morrow, on the local club's grounds:—Messrs J. C. Peacock, F. M. B. Fisher, R. N. K. Swanston, F. Laishley, A. Young and G. Smythe. A number of the lady players of the Thorndon Club purpose visiting Masterton, and will play a match against the lady members of the local club. The Masterton players will be selected from the following:—Messrs C. C. Cox, G. Aitken, S. R. Gawith, A. R. Sclanders, 11. W. Rishworth, D. Caselberg, N. H. James, J. Bee and N. D. Bunting. The lady players will he selected as soon as it is known how many ladies the Wellington club is placing in the field.
