FORTUNE LEFT FOR RECREATION PURPOSES. Received November 1, 8.45 a.m. , LONDON, October 31. John' Watson, who made ten thousand pounds in Australia, and who afterwards lived in a miserly fashion at Portadown, Ireland, where he died, bequeathed his fortune to the town for recreation purposes.
