SALE OF MARLBOROUGH LANDS.
_—~* GRBENHILLS ESTATE. A land sale that should attract the attention of sheepfarmers throughout the dominion is advertised on page 8 of this morning's issue. The property to be sold is the "Greenhills Estate," near Kaikoura (Marlborough), and is owned by Mr G. F. Bullen. It consists of 36,500 acres, and steps are now being taken to sub-divide the property into suitable blocks of moderate size. The success that has attended the recent cutting up of the well-known Cheviot Estate, should be an incentive to farmers to invest in the Greenhills property, which contains similar, if not better, land. Each section is being laid off with due regard to water supply, road communication and existing fences. Lithographic plans are now being prepared and the property will be open for inspection early in November. Full particulars can be obtained on application to the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. Ltd., or Mr Robert Latter, Christchurch.
