IMPORTANT LAND SALE.

+. _ MARTINBQROUGH TOWN PROPERTY. Particulars of a very important sale of Maryborough town property are advertised on page 8 of this morning's issue by Messrs nalgety and Co., Ltd., and should claim the attention of all those wishing to invest money in one of the most thriving and prosperous inland townships in the dominion. The property to be auctioned is that of Mr E. G. Harris, and consists of 62 acres, which is to be sold in quarter acre and two-acre lots. The property is within three minutes' walk from the Post Office, is high and dry, and splendidly situated. Martinhorough has assuredly a great future before it. It lies in the centre of a most fertile land, a district similar to that of Hawke's Bay. The town has made rapid strides and during the last few years the population has doubled itself. The terms of sale, which are set out" in the advertisement are exceptionally easy. The sale is, announced to take place at Messrs Dalguty and Co.'s offices, Queen Street, Masterton, at 2 o'clock on Saturday, November 23rd. Lithographic plans and further particulars can be obtained on application to the auctioneers.
