HAWKE'S BAY LANDS FOR SALE.
SPLENDID CHANCES. For some considerable time there has been a strong tendency on the part of many of those following agricultural pursuits to take up land in the Hawke's Bay province. The wonderful fertility of the province has created a very solid demand for land, with the result that settlement has gone ahead at a rapid rate. Although the growth of the country there has been rapid, the busy up-to-date centres of to-day are little more than villages compared with what they will have developed into in a few years. Cheap farms are consequently difficult to obtain, and when they are available are readily taken up. In this morning'j issue, however, the Hawke's Bay Farmers' Co-operative Association Ltd., whose headquarters are at Napier, advertise a list of very choice bargains situated in the district referred to, which have been placed in their hands for sale. They range in acreage from 2G7 acres to 1840 acres, particulars of which are well worth perusal. Further information can be obtained on application to the firm, who have branches at Hastings, Dannevirke, Wairoa, and an agent at Waipukurau.
