MORE ERRORS IN SCORING. SYDNEY, October 26. Owing to the mistakes of scorers and check scorers, the positions in the King's Aggregate have undergone some j'lterition. Harrison, of Lismore, takes second place; Linn, Orange, third; Raven, Great Britain, fourth; Britain, Victoria, fifth; Tatlow, Great Britain, sixth. Masefield, Sounds, won £1 in the Hutton Match, and Hadfield, Blenheim, a similar amount in the Holmes Aggregate. In the Australia Match, the New Zealand A team made the best shoot at 900 yards, scoring 237, which gave them a couple of points lead. However, they fell away at the long distance, scoring only 189, against the winning team's 203. The Britishers did not participate, because they wished to get as much practice together as possible for the Empire Match.

DOINGS OF THE NEW ZEALANDERS. Received October 26, 8.21 p.m. SYDNEY, October 26. The individual scores of the New Zealand A team, which finished fourth in the Australia match, are as follow: — Ayson, Wyndham ... 121 A. Ballinger, Wellington ... 97 Hadfield, Blenheim ... 95 Duncan, Denniston ... 91 Craw, Chorlton 90 Wilkie, Upper Hutt ... 87 Masefield, Pelorus Sound ... 85 Cameron, Opaki ... 82 Total 746 New Zealand will compete in the Empire Match, which is to be fired on Monday. They put to-day in in practising, and both as regards the weather and shooting conditions they found themselves more at home. The conditions of the match are ten shots each at 200 yards, 500 yards, 600 yards, 800 yards, 900 yards and 1,000 yards. Some good work was done by the New Zealand team. 1 They averaged 95 at the three shorter ranges,and 93 the three longer distances.
