In connection with the "Key of Keystone" Burgundy case the prosecution was withdrawn on the proprietors of the "Key of Keystone" Burgundy undertaking to print the country of origin on the label. (A Kensington tradesman was prosecuted by the Wine and Spirit Association of London for Belling as Burgundy a bottle of "Key of Keystone" Burgundy, which is an Australian article not the product of the French Burgundy district. The label contained no reference to Australia. The proprietors of the "Key of Keystone" brand said they proposed before the prosecution started f,u have a certificate from the South Australian Government Analyst printed on the labels.)
