SELLING NAVAL SECRETS.
A LIEUTENANT ARRESTED. PARIS, October 25. Lieutenant Aillmo, belonging to the French torpedo boat Carrabine, has been arrested at Toulon in sensational circumstances, charged with offering to sell the naval signal code and the cypher key.
